Saul Ricco
Saul's journey spans over 15 years of high-level commercial experience across technology, HR solutions and professional services - operating in Australia, the UAE and KSA. He has built and led enterprise software sales, strategic partnerships and go-to-market strategies across government, defence and commercial sectors, consistently delivering sustainable revenue growth in some of the most complex sales environments that exist.
His career has taken him into rooms that most people in sales never get access to -C-suite negotiations, multi-million dollar enterprise deals, government and defence programs that demand the highest level of stakeholder management, commercial acumen and personal credibility. He has not just worked in these environments. He has thrived in them, built relationships that last and delivered outcomes that speak for themselves.
What sets Saul apart is not just what he has achieved - it is how he got there. He did not come from a privileged starting point or a network that handed him opportunities. He built his career the hard way - through consistency, through learning faster than the people around him and through an obsession with understanding what actually drives performance at the highest level. He moved across continents, adapted to entirely different business cultures and consistently found a way to win in environments where most people struggle to survive.
Saul has sat across the table from some of the sharpest commercial minds in the world. He has also worked with young, hungry people at the start of their careers - and seen firsthand how much potential goes unrealised simply because nobody in their corner knew how to unlock it. That observation never left him.
That realisation is what drove Saul to build DTM Group. Not to be another coach with a course. Not to sell motivation. But to be the person he wished he had when he was climbing - someone who had genuinely been there, who understood the real challenges, and who could show others not just what the destination looks like but exactly how to get there.
DTM is his way of giving back what took him 15 years to figure out - compressed into a framework, a community and a mentorship model that genuinely changes the trajectory of people's lives.
Anthony Giorgi
At 29, Anthony Giorgi runs an automotive group spanning the entire east coast of Australia, two LEADR brands, a stake in a third, and some of the most prestigious vehicles in the world moving through his doors. Millions of dollars of cars are transacted yearly.
In his early 20’s he was starting his business from a basement. Not a rented office. Not a spare room. A basement.
Before that, government housing. No safety net, no investor, no mentor. Just a young man who looked around at his circumstances, looked at others who weren’t much older than him doing extraordinary things, and made a decision that changed everything.
Nobody was coming to save him. So he saved himself.
Every dollar earned went straight back into the business. Every setback became a lesson. Every year, he got sharper, hungrier, and closer to the version of himself he always knew was possible. That belief, that he was meant for more, turned out to be the most valuable asset he ever had. Anthony brings that same conviction to the people he works with through DTM.
Not theory. Not frameworks borrowed from a book. The real thing, from someone who built it from nothing and is still building.
He starts at the foundation. Mindset, clarity, identity. Helping people understand who they actually are and who they are capable of becoming. Then he moves into the daily, the practical, the habits, the way you carry yourself, the way you speak, the way you dress, the standards you hold yourself to when nobody is watching.
Because Anthony knows better than most that transformation is not one big moment. It is a thousand small decisions made by someone who has decided they are no longer willing to settle.
The thing he wishes he had at 21 was someone who believed in him before he had the results to prove it.
