The Website is operated by Driven to Mastery Group LLC, a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("DTM Group", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Website, joining our waitlist, submitting an enquiry, or otherwise interacting with us through the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Who We Are
Driven to Mastery Group LLC operates a coaching, mentorship, education, accountability, and business growth platform serving ambitious professionals and organisations. You can reach us at admin@driventomastery.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use this Website or to purchase any of our services. By using the Website you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Use of the Website
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Use the Website in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, or any connected systems;
Introduce any virus, malware, or other harmful or disruptive material;
Copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, or redistribute any content from the Website except as expressly permitted in these Terms;
Use the Website to transmit unsolicited commercial communications or to impersonate any person or entity.
Communicate with DTM Group, its founders, coaches, staff, contractors, or any other users in a manner that is abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, derogatory, discriminatory, or otherwise disrespectful.
All contact and communication with us and through the Website, whether by enquiry form, email, comment, or any other channel, must be conducted in a respectful, courteous, and professional manner at all times. We reserve the right to disregard, and to restrict or terminate access in response to, any communication that breaches this standard.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Website at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
4. Waitlist, Enquiries & Information You Submit
When you join our waitlist or submit an enquiry, you provide information such as your name and email address. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and current. Joining the waitlist or submitting an enquiry does not create a membership, a contract for services, or any obligation on us to provide services. It simply registers your interest and allows us to contact you.
Any information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Memberships & Paid Services
The Website may describe coaching programs, courses, and membership tiers. All paid memberships and services are governed by a separate Client Onboarding & Membership Agreement, which sets out the full terms including inclusions, pricing, payment terms, the cooling-off period, refunds, and dispute resolution. No membership or service contract is formed until you have completed enrolment and entered into that Agreement.
Where pricing is shown on the Website, it is stated in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise indicated and is exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or government charges. Pricing, tier inclusions, and availability may change at any time. The terms that apply to your purchase are those confirmed at the time of enrolment in the Membership Agreement.
Payments for any services are processed by third-party payment providers. By purchasing, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method for the amounts due, subject to the Membership Agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, course previews, frameworks, methodologies, and the "Driven to Mastery" and "DTM Group" names and branding (collectively, "Our Content"), is owned by or licensed to Driven to Mastery Group LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view Our Content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from Our Content without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. Educational Purpose & No Professional Advice
All content on the Website and within our programs is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Website constitutes, or should be relied upon as, legal, financial, investment, accounting, taxation, medical, psychological, or any other form of regulated professional advice.
Our founders and coaches are not licensed lawyers, financial advisors, accountants, therapists, or medical practitioners. You are strongly encouraged to seek independent, qualified professional advice before making any significant personal, business, financial, legal, or health-related decision.
8. No Guarantee of Results
We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees that you will achieve any particular result or outcome from using the Website or participating in any program. Individual results vary based on factors including your own effort, experience, circumstances, and market conditions. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, except where mandatory law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
This clause does not affect the separate dispute resolution provisions set out in the Membership Agreement, which govern paid memberships.
16. General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and (where applicable) the Membership Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Website.
